A: No, However, we do manage and list Section 8 Properties. We are one of the
selected few property management companies, that have been invited to participate
at the HUD forum to discuss the benefits of renting Section 8 to our owners.

Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?
A: Yes, payments to our owners are processed electronically via ACH on
the 10th and 25th of each month.

Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A: All leases are uploaded to the owner’s portal.

Q: Do you sell real estate too?
A: We are a non-competing firm and we only sell our owner’s listed properties.

Q: How and when do I get my checks?
A: On the 10th and 25th of each month (If the tenant pays late). Owners can request an out of sequence payment, which may result in an additional fee.

Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: We make sure you get paid on time, every time. You no longer have to worry about rent showing up in your bank account because we take care of everything so you have to worry about nothing.We also make it convenient for tenants to pay in person, online or via Paynearme (Locate Ace Check Cashing or CVS Store)

Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: We typically sign a 12-month lease. However, this depends on the owners request from a month to month lease to a two-year lease.

A: Single Family Homes, Urban Areas, Small Apartments and duplexes.

Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?
A: Monthly report, uploaded to your portal monthly and a year end report.
